We are completely virtual, we do offer dacetime services to our clients who would like to see the product up-close.

Yes, we sell custom bridesmaids dresses, please reference our custom page for further details.

Yes we have additional room in all of our pieces for minor adjustment up to 2 inches.

No we do not provide in-house alteration services.

The waiting game begins. On average it will take 6-8 weeks to receive an outfit purchased directly off our website. For custom orders it can take up to 3-6 months depending on the outfit.

Please use our size chart when placing orders, we offer an additional 2" of fabric inside all of our pieces for any minor alterations and adjustments.

All custom orders may require alterations and custom tailoring to achieve the perfect fit. Majority of our pieces include extra material for opening or tightening. Note we are not able to alter any "lengths" of outfits (Skirt/Neck/Top/Trouser lengths), but we are able to adjust for the perfect fit. Please email us if you require support in this area.

Yes.

Yes, we offer pickup services in Ajax, Ontario. If you are interested in picking up your order please email us to arrange for a pickup date.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final with no refunds, no exchanges. Please reference the measurements chart for additional information on sizing. Blanche Hanger can assist with suggestions, however buyer assumes responsibility for measurements.

Sales Terms & Conditions

All sales are final. There will be no price adjustment/match if the product has been purchased before. Alterations are an additional cost that the buyer is responsible to notify us in advance.
